These processors convert #2,#4,#5 and #6 plastics in to either crude oil or refined euivalents of Gasoline, Diesel and Kerosene. These processors are scalable to suit your needs from demonstration desktop units to multiple tons per day.

The BE-H is a desktop demonstration machine designed to show the concept and test plastic resins for appropriateness for plastic to fuel processing.

BOR-50 Refiner
BOR-20 Refiner

The BOR-50 refiner takes 50 litres of crude plasic oil produced from the above machines and refines it in to Gasoline, Diesel and Kerosene equivalents.

This machine is useful to increase the value of outputs in a commercial operation

 

On average, this refiner will produce:

Gasoline equivalent : ~30%
Kerosene equivalent : ~35%
Diesel oil equivalent :  ~35%
 

 

The BOR-20 refiner takes 20 liters of crude plastic oil produced from the plastic to fuel machines and refines it in to Gasoline, Diesel and Kerosene equivalents.

This machine is useful where testing/pilot projects are set up or as a small scale commercial setup.

 

On average, this refiner will produce:

Gasoline equivalent : ~30%
Kerosene equivalent : ~35%
